Mama's Garden Tea~ Pregnancy

Do not drink this tea if you have had premature contractions, vaginal bleeding during your pregnancy, or currently pregnant with more than one baby.

Red Raspberry leaf strengthens and tones the uterus and balances the hormones. This fluffy herb decreases nausea, eases labor pains, and reduces possible complications during birth. It is also great for increasing milk production in nursing mothers and is rich in iron. 

Nettle is a great overall pregnancy tonic. It is high in iron so it helps with anemia. It balances hormones and reduces excessive blood flow. It is great for shrinking fibroids.

Spearmint balances hormones and reduces PCOS and its symptoms like facial hair, acne, cysts, and pain. It also helps ease nausea and improves memory.
