Shipping Policy
Cost: We are happy to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. Domestic orders $85 and over starting July 1, 2025. (Subject to change). For orders under $85, a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 is applied.
Processing Time: Our standard processing time (from when you place your order to when we ship your order) is typically 1-5 business days, subject to our current order volume. Your order may ship as soon as the same/next day, though we cannot make any guarantees unless expedited processing is added to your order.
Shipping Time: Actual time in transit (from when we ship your order to when you receive it) will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and is the sole responsibility of the shipping provider. Our preferred shipping service for US orders is USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class (depending on total order weight). Tracking is provided for all orders.
Expedited Shipping Options: You may have the option to purchase expedited shipping at checkout, either Express or Standard (US only). Packages shipped via Express or Standard will be prioritized, and, in most cases, we will process and ship those orders the same or the next business day. So, you will benefit from your order going out in 1-2 business days vs 5-8 business days. This does not count the number of days that it takes for the post office to deliver your order. It only guarantees same or next day shipping, not delivery. You may also choose Next Day Air which guarantees that the post office delivers your package next business day as long as the order is placed by 5pm Eastern Standard Time. (Does not include weekend or holidays)
Carrier delays: While rare and unfortunate, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays as they are out of our control. This refers to a package that is eventually delivered but encounters an in-transit delay which causes a later-than-expected delivery date.
Package returned to sender: If the carrier returns the package to us because it was unsuccessfully delivered, please contact us so we can provide a replacement shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for an insufficient address provided at checkout (i.e., missing Apt. #, other incorrect details) or if the recipient refuses the package at delivery. We will use our discretion for any additional shipping charges to reach a fair and reasonable outcome.
Package lost or damaged during shipment: In the rare event the carrier deems the package lost, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help rectify the issue and send a replacement. We reserve the right to verify the package was lost using carrier tracking and any other methods available. You may be required to provide verification of the incident to our shipping insurance provider to support the claim. For damage claims, you should be prepared to provide photo evidence of the damaged goods and the packaging they arrived in.
Stolen or Missing Packages:
Quartzy Blu is not responsible for packages that are marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the delivery location.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Looking around your delivery area
• Contacting your local post office or carrier
As a courtesy to our customers, Quartzy Blu may offer a one-time replacement for confirmed customers, depending on the situation.
For customers in areas where package theft is common, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requesting hold for pickup at your local post office.
🌍 International Shipping Policy
We proudly ship worldwide from the United States! However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s postal or customs service.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping or your total order, and Quartzy Blu is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that you check with your local postal or customs office before placing your order to determine if any fees may apply.
Please be aware:
Your package may be held at customs until fees are paid.
Delays due to customs are outside of our control.

Digital Downloads
Your digital files will be available to download momentarily after you place a successful order containing a digital product. You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing the download link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
