This blend is perfect to use in combination with our Moon Cycle Tea as you're getting your hormones back into alignment.
Yarrow is great for easing heavy bleeding and menstrual cramps. This herb is also anti-inflammatory and is a good source of antioxidants. Yarrow has antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help treat and prevent bacteria and yeast infections.
Shepherd's Purse is great for helping with heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding. It is an amazing herb for women with profuse bleeding of dark blood clots due to fibroids. It also helps with PMS and reduces bleeding after giving birth. This herb has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties.
Directions: Add 1 tsp to the herbs of your Moon Cycle Tea brew starting 1 week before the start of your period and during. You can also brew this blend alone as a tea.

I'm enjoying the great benefits of this tea
I take the moon cycle and easy flow anddd babyyyyy. I finally stayed consistent and my cycle has totally changed. My cramps and flow is so much lighter. Absolutely love the both of them. I went from 4/5 days back to 3 due to fibroids. Very pleased with both products.
