Yarrow is great for easing heavy bleeding and menstrual cramps. This herb is also anti-inflammatory and is a good source of antioxidants. Yarrow has antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help treat and prevent bacteria and yeast infections.
Shepherd's Purse is great for helping with heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding. It is an amazing herb for women with profuse bleeding of dark blood clots due to fibroids. It also helps with PMS and reduces bleeding after giving birth. This herb has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties.
Directions: Add 1 tsp to the herbs of your Moon Cycle Tea brew starting 1 week before the start of your period and during. You can also brew this blend alone as a tea.

This women is god sent! I have PCOS and happen to start bleeding again for a month. Went to DR they gave me the option for BC no kidding you in two days bleeding stop from bleeding a whole month with clots coming out. This was my first time trying the new way flow blend and it made my cycle much better. I have fibroids so deal with thick clots and heavy flow the first 2 days but this blend helps tremendously. Usually after sleeping, I have to race to get to the restroom while holding myself to prevent craziness but this along with taking my iron tablets helped a lot. I recommend taking it at night as it caused me to be drowsy . I’ll definitely be ordering more!
